Ingredients
- 2 flour tortillas
- one egg
- cheese
- half an avocado
- sour cream
- spinach salad mix w/ a bit of cilantro
- hot sauce – Tapatio preferred
Directions
- Fry egg in frying pan
- Heat tortillas on open stove top – (Trujillo style)
- Cut cheese into slices – at least 4 slices, no more than 12
- Cut half avocado into slices as well
- Place cheese slices onto cooked tortillas (stack tortillas on top of one another, don’t sandwich them)
- Place fried egg on top of cheese to melt the cheese
- Add avocado slices
- Add a healthy dollop of sour cream on top and smoosh in with fingers (lose 10 points if you use silverware)
- Add hot sauce
- Add a heaping of that salad mix with cilantro (so it’s a healthy meal now)
- Wrap it all up like a burrito. Remember, it looks like a burrito, but it’s really a Heartattack McAlister.
